About Me

Howdy, my name is Nick Garcia! I look to serve every person in the greater Helena and Townsend areas. In order to have the best possible transaction, I believe it is important to have a realtor that is an expert in his field. I am constantly learning about things affecting the real estate world. I have been accredited by the National Association of Realtors, receiving my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation, SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation, MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation, and the e-Pro certification, demonstrating my proficiency in new and upcoming technology in the real estate world. In addition to being a realtor since May 2021, I was a student at Montana State University where I studied Marketing.

Being a Helena native, I promise local expertise that you could not get from any other agent. This community is the one that I call my home, and I want to share my home with any and all that come. In addition to being a realtor, I love to be an active participant with Helena locals and I spend my time volunteer-coaching youth lacrosse in the spring.
